We apply a protective coat on top of high-purity PETG co-polymer substrates, which is then cured using advanced Electron Beam (EB) or Excimer UV technology.
Excimer curing uses 172nm wavelength UV light to cure the topmost layer of our formulation, initiating a micro-folding process. This creates a microscopic, uneven structured surface.
