PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) is a highly eco-friendly polymer that is fully recyclable and free of plasticizers and chlorine, meaning it does not release toxic gases. It features higher dimensional stability under heat, better resistance to yellowing from UV light, and superior impact resistance compared to standard PVC. While PVC remains a cost-effective choice for various applications, PETG is the preferred solution for high-end customization and stricter environmental standards.
Our functional decorative films are engineered to remain stable at temperatures up to 85°C. When applied using PUR flat lamination systems, the adhesive forms a thermosetting, heat-resistant bond. This keeps the film flat and securely adhered, preventing issues like shrinkage, edge lifting, or bubbling even during peak hot seasons in regions like southern Iraq.
Our super-matte films undergo a specialized surface treatment that reduces gloss to less than 3° and creates a nanostructured finish.
