High-performance decorative foils optimized for Thailand's premier commercial and residential design standards.
Thailand's urban expansion—centered around the Greater Bangkok Area, Nonthaburi, and the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC)—is driving an unprecedented demand for premium materials in the cabinet, wardrobe, and commercial fixture manufacturing sectors. Modern Thai consumers and property developers are rapidly shifting away from traditional wood veneers and high-pressure laminates (HPL). Instead, they are embracing sophisticated matte textures, skin-feel surfaces, and brushed metal designs.
However, Thailand's tropical monsoon climate—characterized by high humidity (often exceeding 80% throughout the year) and elevated ambient temperatures—places extreme demands on decorative surfaces. Conventional PVC and low-grade foils frequently suffer from hydrolysis, edge peeling, and surface discoloration when exposed to humid climates. Consequently, there is an urgent demand among Thai furniture exporters and local design houses for high-durability polymers like PETG and co-extruded GAG films.
As a premier global manufacturer and direct supplier, Ganzhou Zhongyou Film Material Co., Ltd. brings over two decades of engineering expertise to the coating, hardening, and extrusion sectors.
Established formally in Ganzhou, Jiangxi, we operate state-of-the-art production lines integrated with extrusion, precision coating, multi-layer lamination, and high-accuracy slitting. Our custom-formulated surface finishes are supplied to world-class OEMs and fabricators throughout Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia.
Our specialized lines are optimized for PUR Flat Sticking Machines, vacuum pressing equipment, and profile wrapping. By maintaining strict cleanroom parameters, we eliminate contaminants that can disrupt the visual consistency of ultra-matte skin-feel surfaces or distort the alignment of metal brushed textures.
Advanced composite barrier films, PETG structures, and specialty foils designed for heavy industrial lamination.
Provide furniture manufacturers and design brands in Thailand with high-quality surfaces that match the texture of real metal and premium lacquer panels at an optimal cost point.
Our decorative films feature specialized backing layers optimized for reactive polyurethane hot melt systems, ensuring zero orange peel and lifelong adhesion.
Integrating GAG structures with PETG cores to achieve maximum thermoforming capacity, outstanding tensile properties, and structural stability.
From commercial retail developments in Sukhumvit to high-end hospitality projects in Phuket, modern interiors demand materials that perform under rigorous use. In residential kitchens, high humidity and heat speed up structural degradation. Our Skin-Feel Films incorporate physical vapor deposition (PVD) protection and excimer-cured top coats. These technologies prevent fingerprints and grease from sticking, making surfaces easy to wipe clean.
Similarly, the Metal Brushed Decorative Film replicates the premium texture of anodized aluminum and brushed steel. It eliminates challenges like fingerprint marks, structural oxidation, and weight limitations associated with real metal sheets. As a result, it is widely utilized for luxury elevator wall panels, corporate lobby accents, and built-in closet fascias across prominent Thai business parks.

Creating an ultra-matte, velvety touch on PETG or PVC substrates involves advanced chemical engineering. While standard decorative films rely on physical matting agents to scatter light, Ganzhou Zhongyou uses excimer curing technology. This process uses high-energy UV light under nitrogen atmospheres to micro-wrinkle the liquid coating. This achieves a gloss level under 3 degrees (measured at a 60-degree angle).
This micro-structured surface scatters light uniformly, eliminating reflections and creating an ultra-soft tactile feel. In addition, the surface is treated with an anti-fingerprint coating. This coating prevents standard lipids and moisture from forming contact angles, keeping the film clean under everyday use.
To ensure zero delamination and smooth surface flat-lamination, our back-treatment includes a specialty primer formulated for Polyurethane Reactive (PUR) adhesives. Under the high temperatures of laminating machines (typically 120°C - 140°C), the backing layer cross-links with the adhesive. This forms a permanent, moisture-resistant bond that prevents orange peel issues on MDF, plywood, or light WPC substrates.
Our facility is certified under international ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 frameworks, ensuring absolute compliance with structural and environmental requirements.
