The new generation of Skin-Feel films uses a physical curing technology: 172nm Excimer UV Curing.

During manufacturing, the liquid acrylate surface coat is exposed to short-wave vacuum UV light under nitrogen. This causes immediate polymerization shrinkage at the outermost boundary layer, forming uniform micro-folds. When light strikes, it scatters evenly, yielding an ultra-matte appearance (< 3 Gloss Units at 60° angle). The result is a skin-feel structure that feels warm and smooth, while dispersing sebum oils to maintain a fingerprint-free surface.
