PETG is a glycol-modified polyethylene terephthalate that offers excellent impact resistance, clarity, and recyclability. It does not release toxic chlorine gas when cut or heated.

GAG is a co-extruded sheet with an APET core and PETG outer layers. It balances the cost benefits of APET with the clean lamination and cutting properties of PETG.

PVC is cost-effective and flexible, making it ideal for deep 3D vacuum forming. However, it is less UV-stable and harder to recycle than PETG-based alternatives.

PUR (Polyurethane Reactive) adhesive cures via chemical cross-linking with atmospheric and substrate moisture. It provides excellent heat resistance (up to 150°C), water resistance, and high bond strength. These properties prevent edge delamination and minimize bubbles or telegraphing under the 1mm film.
